About our Ingredients:

At the Peach Café, we place an emphasis on presenting freshly prepared foods that are made with the highest quality ingredients and an unusually high standard of preparation. Fresh and unprocessed ingredients are used whenever possible.

The fruits and vegetables used in our salads and side dishes are the best available for the season. Our bacon, sausage and ham were all chosen after an exhaustive search and much tasting, and we even roast our own turkey breast so that it can be fresh and flavorful. Almost all of our baked goods are made on the premises daily and our home-made pies are truly fabulous! We are very proud of our recipes, all were created for the Café or have been in our family for years.

A word about our coffees: All of our coffees are exclusive Peach Café blends, and were developed through many months of tasting and selection prior to the opening of the Café. They are available by the cup here in the Café or by the pound for enjoyment at home.

We realize that many of you are on restricted diets, have specific food allergies, or simply like things eliminated or substituted for something else. Whenever possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Just ask us. Because we're concerned about the taste of the food you eat and your health, we go to great lengths to make sure you are served only the best. Additionally, because we make every order as we receive it, it takes time. Fresh preparation and cooking to order might not be speedy, but it is delicious and worth the wait! We appreciate your patience.

Everyone who works at the Café contributes to the quality of the experience and the excellence of the food. Many of the salads and sandwiches, in particular, have been created through the on-going collaboration of our team.

Lastly, there's the most important ingredient- our customers. You have given us numerous menu and recipe ideas, and the gift of your on-going feedback. I want to personally thank you for joining our family at the Peach Café and for your continuous support.

About our art:

The art pieces at The Peach Café have all been created by our friend Robert Brady. Robert's work brings together the elements of color, movement and form that help to shape the Café. His art reflects his talent as a painter and sculptor as well as his experience in dance and movement.

From time to time, the collection displayed at the restaurant changes as pieces are sold or simply rotated for new works. If you're interested in talking with Robert about buying a piece, you can contact him through the Peach Café.
